Deposit: After submitting what plan you will choose for your event, You are required to deposit to finalize the date. You will receive an Email confirmation receipt with all information provided.

Parking Spot: The Customer is required to have an available Parking Spot for the Ice Cream truck to set up the event.

Arrival: The Ice Cream truck will arrive 10-30 minutes before the set time. We will let you know when the Truck is on its way

Nonmembers/Seconds: We require the customer to give out sort of proof of invitation (wristbands or such) to prevent Nonmembers from getting free merchandise.

Payments: For payment options we accept Cash in person, and Zelle. No Refunds (Tips would be appreciated)
